• Negotiate and finalize strategic agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners and acquisition targets.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to the executive team, highlighting growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate development.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and due diligence reports for potential transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as DealPoint, Bloomberg Terminal, or similar.
