📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary liaison between regional team members, business leaders, and the Experience function, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience for members, partners, and clients.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other events to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with CIMA's mission and values.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the experience delivery process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and execution of regional business plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting or financial management industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as CIMA's professional qualifications or other industry-recognized certifications, is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
