📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met.
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company’s financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial supervision or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
