Rejeki Wati Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience to our customers.

We are a family-owned business with a rich history, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for coffee and hospitality. If you are a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to manage a team of staff. You will need to be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that the café is clean, well-maintained, and provides a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage the café's budget and financial performance.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Work with the team to ensure that they are motivated, trained, and supported.
  • Represent the café at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • A strong understanding of the coffee industry and the ability to work with a team of baristas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • A passion for coffee and hospitality.
