Base Global Dinamis is looking for a talented Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for corrective actions,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards,Developing and maintaining audit plans and procedures,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control, and auditing standards,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
