PT Emas Inti is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement processes from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for materials and equipment.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment schedules.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities, including orders, invoices, and receipts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet production schedules.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure continued compliance with company policies and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.,Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
