📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by training and supervising staff.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including sales and expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, making data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies for the hospitality industry.
