📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages for employees.,Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company strategy.,Manage the implementation of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job roles and responsibilities to ensure accurate compensation structures.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team on compensation-related matters.,Analyze and report on compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Participate in employee engagement activities to gather feedback on compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
