Crown Hub Ekspansindo is looking for an experienced Assistant Network Engineer to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.,Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.,Collaborate with IT teams to implement new network solutions and upgrades.,Document network configurations and procedures for future reference.,Provide technical support to end-users and other departments as needed.,Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.,Participate in on-call duties to address network issues outside of regular business hours.,Conduct regular network audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN.,Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.,Experience with Cisco networking equipment is a plus.,Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
