📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as SAP or similar.
- Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid food handling certificate.
