📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and tracking telesales activities.,Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards work.
