📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Operate and navigate vessels safely and efficiently,Ensure compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company policies,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems,Plan and execute voyage schedules,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders,Handle emergency situations and respond appropriately,Monitor vessel performance and make necessary adjustments,Ensure crew safety and well-being🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain,Valid Captain's License,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Experience in vessel operations and maintenance,Strong communication and leadership skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of English,Experience in handling cargo and passengers (if applicable)🛠️ Keahlian
