📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the kitchen team.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handling certificate.
