In this role, you will assist the Head Instructor in delivering training programs and ensuring the smooth operation of our training sessions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Instructor in planning and organizing training programs.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to participants.,Evaluate the progress of participants and provide feedback.,Maintain training materials and ensure they are up-to-date.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of training programs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new instructors or trainers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record in training and development.,Understanding of educational theories and practices.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
