📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Design and deliver training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Maintain and update training records and reports,Assist in the development of the annual learning and development budget,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Fluency in English and Indonesian
