📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer requirements.,Maintain and optimize the distribution process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.,Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.,Conduct regular distribution audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor distribution strategies accordingly.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for distribution purposes.
