Cafe Jaya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial support to the management team. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure they are within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
