📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and portion control.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall restaurant strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and ability to innovate with menus.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Knowledge of inventory management and procurement.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
