📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written.
