In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and negotiation,Manage and maintain supplier contracts and agreements,Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Fluency in English is a plus
