Royal Tech Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and ensure compliance with regulations.,Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to drivers and fleet staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for fleet operations.
