As a Lead Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
