You will work closely with the HR team and management to ensure that our training initiatives align with the company's strategic goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training needs are identified and addressed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
