📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
