📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care and treatment according to medical orders.
  • Assessing and monitoring patients' health status.
  • Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Documenting patient care activities accurately and promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Promoting a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant healthcare board.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and/or local language.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
