📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the stores.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
