In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to order fulfillment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Conduct vendor performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.,Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the construction industry and its supply chain is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and business culture.
