This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be based in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, but will work remotely.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
