PT Cipta Restu is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. This is a remote position, offering competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes,Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and changes,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability,Work with designers and developers to create and maintain documentation that supports the user experience,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role,Strong technical background and understanding of software development concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
