📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product/service improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products/services and drive sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer preferences is a plus.
