📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of branch staff, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the bank.
  • Ensure the branch is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
