National University Hospital (NUH) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients undergoing rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for helping patients recover and regain independence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess patients' occupational performance and functional abilities to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.,Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic interventions, exercises, and adaptations to the patient's environment.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plans, and strategies for improving functional abilities.,Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.,Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the department's services.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and documentation of patient interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.,Certification as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) from the Indonesian Occupational Therapy Association (IOTA).,Strong clinical skills and experience in developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
