Pro Easy Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.,Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary.,Perform night audits to ensure cash handling and guest records are accurate.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Valid SIM card and ability to work in a team environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
