📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions using SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies.
• Provide financial support to the hotel operations team.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
