📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and update inventory records daily using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
• Perform stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the logistics manager in planning and executing inventory-related projects.
• Provide regular reports on inventory status and trends to support data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
