📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess insurance needs of bank customers
• Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet customer requirements
• Conduct product knowledge training for Panin Bank staff
• Monitor and report on insurance sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers
• Collaborate with Panin Dai-Ichi Life's marketing and sales teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of Panin Dai-Ichi Life's insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
