📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to seed production and distribution.
• Manage and renew licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of compliance programs and procedures.
• Provide support to the legal team in various projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards, and advise the team accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or compliance-related role, preferably in the agricultural or seed industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards related to seed production and distribution.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance software such as SAP or similar systems is a plus.
