📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for data center developments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and scope.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and construct state-of-the-art data centers.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation and sustainability within the project team.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data center or real estate projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data center design and construction principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is beneficial.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
