• Oversee the financial operations of the new hospital, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and healthcare standards.
• Manage the accounting, payroll, and treasury functions, utilizing tools like SAP or Oracle.
• Lead a team of finance and administration professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in healthcare finance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Certification in financial management or a related field (e.g., CPA, CFA).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and healthcare standards.
