📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bak kwa production line, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Optimize production schedules to meet demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost savings.
• Provide regular reports on production performance and quality metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in the bak kwa industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Certification in food safety or quality management is a plus.
