📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in both Ward and ICU settings under the supervision of our permanent nursing staff.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and monitoring using advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, patient monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to international nursing standards.
• Document patient care activities accurately using electronic health records (EHR) like Epic or Cerner.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control measures and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with hospital standards.
• Support the team in emergency situations, providing immediate care and assistance as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Ward and ICU environments.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
• Valid nursing license in Indonesia or the ability to obtain one.
