📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily livestock operations, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring.
• Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Monitor livestock health and wellness, and report any issues to the veterinarian.
• Manage feeding schedules and ensure proper nutrition for all livestock.
• Conduct regular inspections of livestock facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Train and supervise farm staff on best practices for livestock care.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of livestock health and performance.
• Participate in farm-wide initiatives to improve productivity and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in livestock supervision or a related role.
• Certification in Livestock Management or a similar qualification is a plus.
• Familiarity with farm management software such as AgriSoft or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of animal health and welfare standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
