📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and assess insurance needs of bank customers
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet customer requirements
- Conduct product knowledge training for Panin Bank staff
- Monitor and report on insurance sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers
- Collaborate with Panin Dai-Ichi Life's marketing and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and Panin Dai-Ichi Life's policies
- Participate in cross-selling initiatives to increase customer retention
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of Panin Dai-Ichi Life's insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
