As a Customer Relationship Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, greeting them with a warm smile and a friendly chat. Your day will be filled with engaging conversations, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring our members have everything they need to enjoy their time at TCG Collector Club. Whether it’s helping a new collector find their first deck or assisting a seasoned player with a rare card, your enthusiasm and knowledge will be key to creating memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist visitors and members with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and updating product information.
• Promote our events, tournaments, and community activities to engage members and attract new visitors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products, enhancing the shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the club is always welcoming and inviting.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, setting up displays, and coordinating with vendors.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the club’s operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of trading card games (TCGs) and gaming culture is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication with our international and local members.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support our events and community activities.
• Enthusiasm for the TCG and gaming community, with a passion for sharing knowledge and connecting with collectors.
