In this role, you'll handle daily financial transactions, prepare accurate financial reports, and manage tax obligations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our financial health and supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate tax returns.
• Manage vendor and customer invoicing, and ensure timely payment processing.
• Support the company's strategic growth by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and present financial data for board meetings and stakeholder reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, tax preparation, and financial administration.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
